The Last Airbender [trailer] - Even though the source material is targeted at children, it continually attracts older viewers. The odd thing about this film is the director, M. Night Shyamalan. The Last Airbender is quite a leap from any of his previous films, successful or not. Ask yourself  ‘What is Shyamalan good at’? The Movie Bandits recommend that you do not see The Last Airbender.

New Moon [trailer] - Basically, if you liked Twilight, New Moon is for you. However, the fairly solid screenplay is paired with 1990s special effects just like before. The Movie Bandits recommend that you download New Moon.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - If you accept this film is an adaption and not a copy, it will be a blast. If the human centric storyline bothers you, it will annoy you to death.  A dilemma such as this cannot be solved easily. Multiple viewings may be necessary to decide if the film is actually enjoyable. At the end of the day, the goal of any Michael Bay film is to amaze your s***.  This film isn’t horrible, but its not perfect either. A word of advice: don’t spend time picking apart every scene for how horrible it appears. Enjoy your $10, life is to short. The Movie Bandits recommend that you rent Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
